1. Delivery
a. Our estimated delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from the date of purchase. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, location, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
2. Return Policy
a. Our return policy adheres to the laws and regulations of Virginia. According to Virginia law, customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the shoes are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
b. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please contact our customer service team for return authorization and instructions.
3. Ordering and Contact Details
a. By placing an order through the Website or Mobile App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree not to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent orders. Should we reasonably suspect such an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
b. You agree to provide correct and accurate email, postal, and/or other contact details to us. Failure to provide necessary information may result in the inability to complete your order.
4. Availability of Products
a. All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or products no longer in stock, we reserve the right to offer information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to order substitute products, any payments made will be refunded.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website or Mobile App at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website or Mobile App. While we make reasonable efforts to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may lead us to refuse to process an order even after sending the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse processing an order at our discretion.
5. Liability
a. We will not be liable for withdrawing any product from the Website, whether sold or not, removing or editing any materials or content, or refusing to process or accept an order after sending the Order Confirmation. Subject to the conditions set forth below, we will accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact along with your original receipt within thirty (30) days of the Shipment Confirmation email.
